Perhaps the most ancient form of art, scribbling marks on something is human nature. Whether it's ink, pencil, charcoal, or stone tablet, mark making is fundamental. Being able to break up 3D objects and place them on to a 2D surface takes a particular set of skills. Over years I have built up an eye for dissecting things and rebuilding them on paper by taking note of form, shadows, geometric shape, and texture.
